Everything we make is ordered and delivered through our retail partner. Here is the journey from button to doorstep.
You press the button
A buy button on any product page opens our listing with our retail partner in a new tab.
You check out there
Delivery speeds, costs and dates are shown at checkout and depend on your address and membership.
It ships flat
Balloons leave folded and uninflated in their retail pack. Toys ship boxed as pictured on the listing.
You track it
The store emails a tracking link. Your order history there always has the latest status.
Ordering for a party date
Give yourself a cushion. We suggest ordering balloons at least a week before the day, so there is time to check the pack and pick up helium if you want them to float.
If the parcel is late or missing
Open the order in your account with the store and use its tracking and help options. They can see the carrier status and can resend or refund. We cannot see individual orders from here.
